Where can I buy a Springer & Fersen watch?

You can find Springer & Fersen watches exclusively on our website.

When will I receive my Springer & Fersen watch?

When you order, you have an estimated delivery time, and once your watch is shipped we will send you a delivery tracking number. Please note that with COVID19, there may be some delays.

Will there be additional fees or customs duties to pay?

Some countries apply additional taxes on the purchase of goods abroad. We do our best to make them as low as possible.

How deep can I dive with Rangiroa World Diver?

Rangiroa World Diver is tested and guaranteed for a pressure of 30 atmospheres, equivalent to 300m or 1000ft.

How often do I have to have my watch serviced?

We recommend having a complete revision of your watch every 5 or 6 years.

Why did you choose a SwissTech movement?

After considering the ETA 2893-2 and Sellita SW300 options, we finally chose the S24045 calibre that SwissTech had just resumed producing and that combined similar performance and reliability and more flexible MOQs as well as a shorter lead time. 

Where are Springer & Fersen watches manufactured?

The watch kit, including the case, the dial and the ceramic and silicon parts are made in Hong Kong by the best manufacturers of the watchmaking industry. The movement is produced in Switzerland. The assembly is made in La Chaux-de-Fonds, in Switzerland. Springer & Fersen watches are entirely compliant with the Swiss-made label.

My Springer & Fersen watch stopped. What do I do?

Unscrew the 3 o'clock crown and wind it up in the 0 position (at least 4 or 5 rotations). It will restart the second hand. In case it still does not work, please contact us at contact@springeretfersen.fr

My watch arrived broken. What do I do?

All our models guaranteed two years parts and labour under normal conditions of use. So, if despite all our efforts you notice any flaws in your Springer & Fersen watch, contact us at contact@springeretfersen.fr and send it back to us. We will ship it back to you after service.

Why do not you make your own movements?

Designing a watch movement is extremely complicated and expensive. We chose for our first model a Swiss Tech movement manufactured in Switzerland and recognized for its reliability and resistance. We do not exclude of course one day creating our own movements, which would represent a phenomenal achievement, but without you, nothing will be possible.

Springer & Fersen is a long-term project. Coming soon, new models of bracelets to customize your Rangiroa World Diver. Then the next stop of the watchmaking world tour of Springer & Fersen is already selected and the model under development and a range of exclusive products around the Springer & Fersen universe is being studied.
